Meetings for the 2017 – 2018 season for the Exeter and District Basketball Association will take place in the Conference room at the Devon and Cornwall Police Headquarters, Middlemoor Exeter on the below listed Wednesdays. Officers and committee members must attend both the Management and Executive meetings. Club secretaries or a representative from the club MUST attend all management meetings and the AGM
Note Teams that are not represented at the management meetings and the AGM will be fined in accordance with the constitution (£25.00)
ALL MEETINGS WILL COMMENCE PROMPTLY AT 7.30 PM
Management Meetings (in the Conference room): 13th September 2017, 6th December 2017, 7th March 2018.
Executive Meetings (in the ‘break-out’ room): 4th October 2017, 1st November 2017, 3rd January 2018, 7th February 2018, 4th April 2018, 2nd May 2018.
AGM: 6th June 2018.
